MSC Workforce Development (“we,” “us”) is part of the MSC Inc. family of companies. This policy explains what information we collect through mscworkforce.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you fill out our contact form, we collect:

- The topic you’re interested in and your approximate crew size
- Anything you write in your message
We use this information to respond to your request, schedule a walkthrough, and follow up about our programs.

Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how people use our site, such as which pages are visited, how long people stay, and how they found us. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information like your browser type, device, approximate location (city level), and pages viewed. It does not tell us who you are.

Our site also loads fonts from Google Fonts and uses standard WordPress and hosting services, which may process your IP address to deliver the site to you.

- Make.com: routes form submissions to our email system
- Mailchimp: stores contact information and sends emails

- HostGator: hosts our website

If you contact us through the site, we may send you follow-up emails about your request and occasional updates about our programs. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
How long we keep your information
We keep contact information for as long as it’s useful for responding to you and maintaining our business relationship, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

- Delete your information
- Stop sending you marketing emails

Our site is intended for businesses and working professionals. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
